Epson has been known as a popular manufacturer for commercial as well as home printer. But we have seen a lot of competitors in printers market for the past 10 years. It’s popularity has flooded with emerging models from manufacturers like Canon, HP, Lexmark and many more.

In order to survive in today’s digital world, Epson has introduced their latest printer – PictureMate Show. The 2-in-1 printer incorporates a photo printer and a digital picture frame.

It’s 7-inch LCD screen serves two purposes. One, as a digital picture frame and it also works as a large preview screen, allowing you to give a final check before sending your photo to the printer. If there’s a need to edit the photo you could do so straight away from the LCD.

At 41 seconds printing time for a 4-by-6 paper size, it’s considered fast for its kind. The only drawback is the price. With a price tag of  $299, it relatively costy compared to other brands with a similar specs. But for it’s huge LCD screen, that may be worth it for some people.
