Sony Ericsson’s First WinMo Phone
Last Tuesday, Sony Ericsson has announced their latest addition to its eco-friendly mobile phones – Sony Ericsson Aspen. The Aspen will be the first Sony Ericsson’s phone that will run Windows Mobile 6.5.3 as its operating system.
This update to Microsoft’s smartphone operating system brings additional enchancements to the user interface which includes more interactive touch-screen menus and contrls, plus support for capacitive and multitouch movements.
Additionally, Microsoft has made some improvements to the browser which gives better surfing experience – faster load times and smoother gestures and flicking. It also has a better memory and resources management.
The Sony Ericsson Aspen will be available in some countries in second quarter of this year in a 2 colour choices, black or silver.
The Aspen will be available in certain countries in the second quarter of 2010, in either black or silver.
