As I mentioned in my much earlier post about how the iPhone 4 survived 2 out of 3 drop tests, I have suggested my friends who are really interested to buy the latest iPhone to get an iPhone 4 case too as it will complement its elegant look beside serves as an extra protection to the phone in case they dropped it.

Why? Because based on the test results, the phone is relatively fragile compared its rivals. But a much better news to those iPhone 4 owners is that Steve Jobs has introduced a new app that allow the owners to order a free bumper cases to relief the reception issues plaguing the latest phone from Apple. The case will protect the phone surroundings as well as preventing hand from touching the side of the phone where the antenna is in place, which would lead to signal distruption as complained by consumers.

Well, I personally see this as a positive step taken by Apple which indicate how serious they are to find a solution or a temporary workaround to resolve this issue.
